A spacious and practical layout:
- Garden level (Adapted for people with reduced mobility): A functional living room with lounge and kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and an accessible bathroom with walk-in shower and integrated toilet.
- Upstairs (Mezzanine): A space dedicated to children or friends with four single beds and a second private bathroom with WC , guaranteeing the independence of each.
- Outside: A private flat terrace of 20 to 30 m² for your outdoor meals and a reserved parking space in the immediate vicinity.
